Alisha has over 20 years of experience in property and casualty claims. She currently is the Vice President of General Liability Claims at Zurich North America where she is responsible for the performance of the GL line of business.

Prior to the role she was with Travelers for over 13 years and had various roles with increasing responsibilities in multiple lines of business. She has a proven track record of elevating business performance through engagement, analytics and strategic ingenuity.

Alisha is passionate about her community and is a member of several organizations including: National African American Insurance Association and Association of Professional Insurance Women. She is an advocate and supporter of The Prudence Crandall Center, an organization that provides comprehensive services and support for domestic violence survivors.
